  • 1/4 medium white onion
  • Salt + Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS


  1. Heat a pan over low heat and toast the cashews for eight minutes or till they begin to gently brown and become perfumed. take away and put aside.
  2. Dice chicken thighs into one in. chunks. Cut onion and pepper into equally massive chunks.
