Cranberry Almond Banana Bread

  2. Mash bananas in a large bowl with a fork.
  3. Add melted butter.
  4. Whisk an egg with a fork and add it in.
  5. Now add sugar, vanilla, baking soda, yogurt, salt, flour, and sliced almonds. Mix well
  6. Spray a 9x4x4 loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray
  7. Pour batter into loaf pan.
  8. Sprinkle Van's Cranberry Almond granola over the top and lightly press it down.
  9. Bake for 50-60 mins, until browned, and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  10. Cool on a cooling rack, remove from pan. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
