BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger Meatballs

These BBQ Solon Cheeseburger meatballs straighten a large repast, game-time snack, or perfect yet conscionable for snacking. Both kids and adults object them!

Ingredients

  • 11/2 cups Goldfish crackers
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 lb bacon
  • 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup feta cheese optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce of choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
  2. In a food processor grind up crackers, remove and set aside
  3. Put hamburger, and bacon into food processor, and process for about a minute, then add in cheeses, and Goldfish crackers, and pulse to combine
  4. Form into 1 inch balls
  5. Bake on parchment lined pan for 15-18 minutes
  6. Remove from oven and toss in BBQ sauce
  7. Serve as is, or skewered with garnishments
